The Pound Euro exchange rate (GBP EUR) is trading at 1.17163. The Pound Dollar exchange rate (GBP USD) is trading at 1.59214. The Pound Australian Dollar exchange rate (GBP AUD) is trading at 1.56983. The Pound New Zealand Dollar exchange rate (GBP NZD) is trading at 2.04274, up 0.13%. The Pound Rand exchange rate (GBP ZAR) is trading at 12.78026, down 0.27%.

The euro continues to weaken as many investors lose faith in the euro due to the eurozone crisis. Pound sterling has hit an eight month high against the euro as the Eurozone's 2012 growth predictions have been reduced from 1.8% to 0.5%.

The GBP EUR rate has been on the rise throughout the eurozone crisis, along with the other major currencies such as GBP USD, AUD, NZD, ZAR and more. The EUR USD has reached a one month low of 1.35.
