The Pound Euro exchange rate (GBP EUR) is trading at 1.16549, down 0.36%. The Pound Dollar exchange rate (GBP USD) is trading at 1.57813, down 0.14%. The Pound Australian Dollar exchange rate (GBP AUD) is trading at 1.55283, down 0.34%. The Pound New Zealand Dollar exchange rate (GBP NZD) is trading at 2.04748, down 0.35%%. The Pound Hong Kong Dollar exchange rate (GBP HKD) is trading at 12.27676, down 0.21%.

Pound Sterling suffered as employment figures release at 09:30 GMT wednesday show UK unemployment rose by 129,000 in the three months up to September to 2.62 million Youth unemployment figures also reached over a million, a record high.

Sterling showed decline against most of the major currencies on news of the UK data, with GBP EUR (Pound Euro rate) showing a 0.36% drop.
